NOTE ON LESOTHO BUDGET SPEECH DELIVERED ON 20 FEBRUARY 2014

1. In the budget speech, the Minister of Finance announced that Government plans to raise income of M14.7 billion in the 2014/15 financial year. Against that amount, Government will disburse M15.4 billion – M10.4 billion for current expenses and M5 billion for capital expenses.
